HORSCH LEEB

Bringing Innovation to Australia

DARLING DOWNS SPRAY TECH (DDST) is thrilled to have the opportunity to offer the Horsch Leeb 6.280 VL in Australia. This sprayer represents the pinnacle of modern agricultural technology, designed and tested to meet the unique challenges of Australian farming.

Engineered for tough conditions

DARLING DOWNS SPRAY TECH, in collaboration with the team from Muddy River Agricultural, is proud to bring the Horsch Leeb 6.280 VL sprayer to the Northern Region of Australia.

This advanced sprayer has been rigorously tested for three years in Southern Australia to ensure it meets the challenging conditions of our agricultural landscape.

This testing period helped Horsch to work out the bugs and led them to developing their own height control system for the boom. We are excited to have been given the opportunity to sell this equipment in Australia.

Horsch Leeb HIStory

Before working with local partners, DARLING DOWNS SPRAY TECH, the Horsch Leeb story began in 2001 when Theodor Leeb started building self-propelled sprayers in Bavaria, Germany. A decade later, in 2011, he partnered with Horsch LLC, a company known for its high-quality tillage and seeding equipment in North America.

This partnership led to the formation of Horsch Leeb Application Systems GmbH, headquartered in Landau a.d. Isar, about 120 km northeast of Munich. They continue to lead the industry with their innovative pull-type and self-propelled sprayers.
