From Canada to The Darling Downs, Jeremy Jones has been at the forefront of Optical Spot Spraying since 2013. During his time as a Sales Representative for Croplands Equipment, covering the regions of QLD and Northern NSW Jeremy was focused on the integration of WEED-IT spot sprayers into Broadacre and Irrigation farms. For most this was an introduction to new technology and an alternative method of fallow weed control. From the introduction of 12m linkage based toolbars to the 36m Ground Following Croplands trailers, Jeremy was on farm from start to finish.
Jeremy comes from an agricultural background in Canada. After completing the Agribusiness program at ACC in Brandon, Manitoba, Jeremy went on to a 9 year career in agronomy. After moving back to the family farm, Jeremy started another role as a Sales Representative for a Family-Owned Seed and Technology company out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. After 14 years in Western Canadian Agriculture, Jeremy with his wife, Lachalle, and their 3 children moved to take on an opportunity with Croplands Equipment based in Toowoomba, QLD in 2013. The rest, as they say, is history.
